The BIRTHFIT Basics is a one-time consult in person or over the phone. Your BIRTHFIT Basics consult will explore our 4 pillars - fitness, nutrition, mindset and chiropractic - and how each can be incorporated into your specific pregnancy journey.  We will provide you with new avenues to explore during pregnancy, strategies to enhance your nutrition, movement and workout suggestions, and practical advice to prepare for labor, delivery and postpartum.

Your consultation will include a follow up email recapping the topics covered for your pregnancy and goals.

60 Minute One Time Consult -$99

These Private YOGA classes are focused on your own level of practice and unique needs.  


Prenatal classes are designed to prepare your mind and body for labor and birth through breath and safe, challenging movements to strengthen and nourish your pregnant body.


Postpartum classes are designed to get reacquainted with your new body and begin to rehab in a safe, effective way. 

Classes can be held in the convenience of your own home, outdoor location of your choice or one of our locations in the South Bay.

These Personal Training FITNESS sessions are designed to encourage and empower you to continue to move functionally during pregnancy and postpartum.  Your workouts will be programmed especially for you and your own specific needs.

Pregnancy is probably the most important time of your life to stay physically fit and nourish your body.

Postpartum training will help you to get moving again after the birth of your baby.  Your workouts will recalibrate and set a solid foundation of sustainable, efficient movement for the rest of your life.

These sessions can be done in the convenience of your home, your location of choice or one of our locations in the South Bay.
