The BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series

Child Birth Education

​

This is a one month birth education series that meets once a week for four weeks. We cover birth education and preparation.  You will discover your own birth desires, make a postpartum super mom plan, and move naturally. You and your partner will role play various labor and delivery scenarios, learn movement and comfort techniques that work for you as a pair, and integrate your favorite relaxation tools into your pregnancy training. This class is simple, efficient, and to the point. This class is definitely for the modern woman (and partner) that does not have time to mess around.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series

 

Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind & soul. In this 8-session group training series, you will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, & enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks. Come prepared to move, sweat, & connect with other new mamas.

 

Format: eight group sessions

Prepared Pregnancy Series

​

Prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for pregnancy, birth and beyond in this 6-week series.  We will meet virtually once a week to offer you a comprehensive class of movement, education and discussion.

You will learn how to functionally breathe and intentionally move your changing body. You'll be introduced to basic child birth education and explore your birth preferences.  You will have space to tune into your intuition, connect with your baby and begin to transition into motherhood. You will also begin to plan for your postpartum period.

BIRTHFIT Prenatal Fitness Foundations

 

We believe women should work out while they are pregnant. In fact, it is the most important time in your life to stay physically fit and nourish your body. Our workouts are designed for you to do throughout your pregnancy to continue to move functionally.  Not to mention, you'll connect with other soon to be mamas and keep your mind, body and spirit growing and preparing for birth.

Format: 4-week session, 8 classes

BIRTHFIT Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga

 

Our Prenatal Yoga class is designed to prepare your mind, body and spirit for pregnancy and childbirth. Flow through safe and effective movements to help maintain core stability and build strength in your ever changing body, and focus on breathing and relaxation techniques that will aid in childbirth. This is the perfect place to connect with your baby, yourself and other mamas-to-be! Postpartum Moms are welcome too!

The BIRTHFIT Breath & Flow

Postpartum Series

 

This series is designed for women that have had a baby in the last 4 to 12 weeks. This series starts with breath work and evolves into full body functional motor patterns. You will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective movements that transfer to any activity in our daily lives. Our top three words to describe this class would be BREATH, BODY, and FLOW.

 

​Format:  60​ minutes in length for â€‹4 weeks​ in a row.

You will be also be given movement homework to practice. So, come ready to move and connect with the BIRTHFIT Tribe.

Non-mobile babies are welcome

BIRTHFIT New Mom Call Series

 

This is ideal for new moms that are 0 to 6 months postpartum. This is safe space where you can become rooted in your foundation, secure in your abilities as a mother, and create lifelong mindfulness practices that will benefit you and your family. This is place where you can share your birth story, initiate healing, and connect with other mamas within the BIRTHFIT Tribe.

This is a time where you can create space for yourself – to reflect, shift, forgive and grow through your journey as a new mom.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Nicole will lead the group through a weekly call session for a total of four weeks. Each call is 60-90 minutes in length. The group session is expected be interactive and participation is definitely expected. Get what you came for 

Between each call session you will have a super duper small homework assignment. Movement is great. These little assignments encourage movement in our heart and head. This can be where some of the juice of the program is at.
